John D. Burns
Purpose
To recognize individuals from Western New York for their continuous dedication, loyalty, commitment, longevity, contributions and service to high school football.
Selection
Nominations are taken from members of the Western New York Certified Football Officials. Selection is made by the Awards Committee.

Richard E. Leous Service
Purpose
To recognize Chapter members for their continuous exemplary service to the Chapter and Western New York football.
Criteria
Chapter member for a minimum of ten years or an Honorary Life member.
Selection
Nominations are made by members of the Executive Committee. Selection is made by a committee appointed annually by the President.

Purpose
To recognize Active members with at least 15 years of experience for their outstanding and meritorious service to Interscholastic Football Officiating in New York State.
